October 27, 2023, I place an order through Black Vegan Shop. I placed an order for 6 items, I only received 5. I've been emailing them for the past month attempting to get this resolved. They'll send an email telling me to take a picture of the receipt (which I did) and a few days later they'll say that they are going to send the item from their warehouse or that I should receive the item shortly. When I don't receive the item, I'll repeat the process of reaching out to them and they'll have me send a picture of the receipt again and tell me that they'll ship the product to me. This has happened 3 or 4 times. They are literally giving me the runaround. I have all the emails from them. The item I am missing is the Black Maca Root. I purchased two items on February 24, 2023 for a parasite detox and mullein leaf capsules and paid $42.99. Only the parasite detox was received and on their app, it shows the mullein leaf capsules are still preparing for shipping. The tracking number received for the parasite detox was **********************, but again nothing for the mullein leaf capsules. I have been emailing back and forth with them bc their website doesnt have a phone number, only an email asking for a refund but now theyre ghosting me. At first they kept trying to say that they didnt have the item in stock, but their website clearly shows it is available. Then I kept trying to ask for a refund and they completely disregarded my request. I have the whole email trail from them and me asking for the refund of $16, but for whatever reason, they refuse to refund it. I paid for an item in February and never received it as of now. I am attaching screen shots of what their app says as of todays date and you will see the mullein leaf pills never even shipped. All I want at this point is my money back, even if it is only $16.Here is a breakdown of the items:$26.99 for the parasite detox that I did receive $16.99 for the mullein leaf pills I never receivedInitial Complaint

I purchased two items and one of the two appeared to offer the same type of results so I returned the item following their procedures and I was told I would be refunded. I have yet to receive my money and they are charging a restock fee for an unopened item which is absolutely ridiculous.Initial Complaint

I made 3 different purchases on their website on different occasion the first 2 orders I had no issues but on the third order made on 27NOV22 "ORDER #******" I spent $91.65 on 6 product and I only received 5 items. The item I'm missing is CARALLUMA FIMBRIATA CAPSULES 240 capsules. It still said Partial Shipment. When you look at the screen shot of my order all of them have tracking # except the one Im missing. I emailed ********************************************************************* and inform them of my missing item. The asked to send them a pic of the order I purchased and the packing slip. I no longer had the packing slip so I sent what I had. Below was their response via email after."Hello there,Thank you for your email. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Please provide a photo of your packing slip and the items you have received. Once received we will ship out the missing/ remainder of the order within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number within this time frame.Regards,Black Vegan Shop" After picture was sent they replied with "thanks for the clarification". But never shipped out missing item. I've sent to follow up emails with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product that cost $29.99 from Black Vegan Shop on 8/22. I noticed after 2-3 weeks it was never shipped. I asked for a refund and contacted the company 4 times. I also contacted them on social media but has not received a response. The product still has not been shipped. I notice based on reviews from the BBB, this is a normal practice of Black Vegan Shop. Many have reported on this business being a scam. I would like my refund immediately. I hope BBB is working towards stopping Black Vegan Shop from being able to scam.
