I paid a down payment on a car that I never got and they won’t refund my down payment. It’s no communication about my down payment which make me think they’re are stealing money from me and other customers. Please help me resolved this issue. It’s been over three months and no one will respond to my request for my moneyBusiness response

Dear Sir,
We informed you at the time of the deposits that the deposits are non-refundable especially if you back out on your own accord. The vehicle was ready and we put it on a hold for days and let go of so many other possible sales however you decided to simply back out. A deposit will not mean anything if it is made refundable as we would be dealing with people who are not serious about buying and making us take cars off the market for no reason and making us lose business.

I purchased a 20** *** **** approximately 3 months ago. I also purchased an extended * **** ***** **** warranty for $3500 with ****. I specifically asked the Sales Person (Jessy) for a Full Coverage Warranty which covered everything. On February 23, I took my vehicle to ****** **** ****** which is an in network service center. I was told I do not have a warranty. I contacted **** and I was told the warranty has not been paid by the Dealer. I have been told on 3 different occasions that the warranty would be active by the end of the day. As of today, I do not have a warranty and my car needs repairs completed.
