      Cricket wireless is the absolute worst phone service company. They are not for the customer, they are against the customer. I purchased a hotspot device and added a 100 gig plan of data for $55. I was told I could buy data as I needed it. Come to find out that's not the case. My kids homeschooling and online activities used all 100 gigs within a week of purchasing the hot spot. I went online, paid $55 more dollars believing it would add 100 more gigs but it did not. I called customer service and they told me it doesn't work like I was told by a cricket representative. I had to wait till the following month for the 100 gigs to reset. Our families needs didn't allow to wait till the following month, so I asked for a refund of the $55 dollars i had just paid and to cancel the hotapot because i didnt like how they do their intternet hot spotservice. The representative said they don't do refunds , and that I would have to call my bank to do a dispute. That was the only way of getting my money back for a service I paid and could not receive untill the following month. So I did. They never canceled the service and I got charged again for it. I called cricket again and they said sorry no refunds no matter what. It's our policy. I was on the phone with them for about 2 hours total to pretty much get told, yes we took your money for a service you didn't get or use even tho you told us to cancel but we didn't. And no you're not gonna get your money back cause of policy. Is cricket doing that bad , that they are really stealing and ripping people off. I'm paying for their mistake. And was just basically told kick rocks. It's $55 dollars it's not gonna make me or break me , but they should be embarrassed by their "policies" and the way the treat their customers. You best believe i will , tell anyone and everyone to stay away from cricket wireless. And cricket wireless needs to change their slogan to "WE NEED YOUR MONEY MORE THEN YOU DO"

      Today is 10/07/24 7:13PM Ive been trying to get a transfer pin since 10 AM this morning, first ***** I spoke to and put it the wrong phone number for me to receive a call back so that I can get the transfer pin, this is due to me losing my phone two months ago. They have refused to give me the transfer pin number so that I can transfer my phone number to another carrier. I have been getting the run around since 10 AM this morning with promises that theyll be calling me shortly and have yet to do so this company *****. The customer service ***** and they all are liars.

      Buyer Beware!Getting set up on Cricket was a nightmare to start things off. I ordered a physical Sim card online when setting up my new account only to be told 6 days later when it did not arrive even after a confirmation email had been sent that Congratulations It Was On The Way! There was no tracking number though. After two trips to the local Cricket store, 2 chats and, finally a phone call, I find out that because I had an iPhone with eSIM capability that there actually was no physical SIM card sent even though I was offered a choice on the initial order page. Once finally getting set up yesterday, I went online to add the watch plan as instructed and to wait 8-24 hours after activation to ensure my account was fully set up. No can do. I kept getting an error message on my watch app when following the online directions on the Cricket website.Several calls later today to a foreign customer service agent which was difficult to understand with the language barrier, and a very poor quality call connection for a follow-up call, I finally asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for some time I was disconnected. Called again, went through the whole phone tree, wait, wait, wait process to be told by ******: You signed up for the 12 month plan, paid up-front ($310 for 12 months @ $25 per month) the discounted line so cannot add any other services. Sorry NO refunds, No help, and No changes to your plan that Ive had for ONE DAY. He then told me to, Have a nice day.Even if one wants a watch plan with Cricket it would run you $60 for a single line then an additional $10 a month for the watch plan for a total $70 per month.I've never heard of a company that denies a current customer advertised additional services and punishes the customer for paying up-front. Even if I missed something in the initial sign-up, its appalling that I was not offered any other options or customer service support especially as a brand new customer.

      False and Misleading advertisement *********************** supervisor **** *******: We will not do anything to fix our misleading webpage advertisement, nor do anything to fix this problem nor refund you your pay."So you don't care what the customer thinks? Even when your company's False and misleading advertisement is apparently against California Business and Profession law? If you could fix this, I don't need a refund and I won't report this to ***? ***************** supervisor **** *******: Do whatever you want. I don't *********: After I called the customer service number did I know that multi-month phone plans won't allow you to pair a watch plan. While the watch plan states "*require min $15/mo phone plan." Many hidden policies and requirements only will let you know when you call them. Strict and no refund. Very cold customer service supervisor, who couldn't care less about the customers, laws, or the company's reputation. Think and consult twice before you use their product.

      I've had cricket for years I use progressive to purchase my phones I've done this several time and each time they have always pressured me into getting more stuff that I didn't need well this last time they made me get a screen protector told me I couldn't have my phone until I purchase one because it's new insurance procedure because the iPhone cost so much I didn't want this I really have had enough of the customer service and hate dealing with them and the poor service we get with the phobes so finally I'm able to afford to switch providers just paid off iPhone 15 from progressive and new after already signing up with another provider and paying ****************************************************************************************** May because my pervious one if you know ***** you understand when they reach certain *** they stop working properly so cricket said we can not unlock your phone because it hasn't had six months of service yet wait are you serious I've been with your company for years never had issues missing payments don't owe any outstanding balances and you can not and will not unlock my phone that I own they tell me no o have yo use it for only cricket for 6 months I can give it to a family member if they gave cricket to use but there is nothing they can do are you serious I paid $1500 for a phone that i now can't use because you refuse to unlock it if I could give them zero stars I would

      ******** customer service! Ive been a customer of ******************** for 1+ years. *** decided to move back to ***** Crickets app doesnt work on my phone and when I tried to log into the actual sight from an internet browser on my phone, access was denied and I couldnt log in. I literally had to go into a cricket store to receive assistance. Cricket is horrible!

      *** never had a problem with this company until now! First off the charged my card three times thank God I had my banking app in my device! I received three alerts telling me that I got charged three times!! I told the customer representative and she said let me look into sure go ahead I will wait. She she then proceeded to tell me that they will give me a refund. By the way my text notification from them said thank you we received your $25. I was like wait you took $75dollars not $25!!!! I called my bank to alert them of what happened because this is ridiculous!!! Cricket you need to do better if you dont you will lose your customers!!! I called ******************** back than the proceed to tell me oh you have a credit in your account bump that I need a refund because no one told her to charge my card that many times!! This is Ludacris!! I had to make them send me proof that my account is paid and that that are going to send me a refund!!!!

      Made a purchase of a phone = $220. The associate said she'd email a receipt except it never came. She also lied a said the insurance was required, billed me and claimed it was free 20 days. i needed to see what else was improperly billed so returned to store. the next associate, Saiyda, said she didnt remember who she worked with just 2 days earlier (the associate who billed me). Saiyda claimed she couldn't print bc the printer was still broken AND couldn't resend my receipt by email. Very dishonest. I still don't have a receipt.

      I had been in good standing with Cricket wireless for more than 10 years I had been paying for the prepaid account earlier than what they were requiring my due date for monthly service was. This prepaid date that I set up was the 6th of the month and no fees were needed to be continuing with any service yet my service was interrupted on the date I had set up to prepay my prepaid service and because I hadn't updated my new auto pay card yet, but my due date still had several days remaining on the previous month my phone service was not working and they were just not understanding anything about what I was saying I know I wasn't able to receive any calls from the device or call out either the only access I was getting was VM and I could only see the messages and not listen to them. I've never had anything like that before and never had any other type of issues but since I decided to go to a different provider that money that was supposed to be able to get me another month of the service I was not able to get it back even though the due date had not been due yet so I lost $30 it's not the amount that some people might be affected by it's the principal of the whole thing because of how long I had paid for my service and always paid in the advanced way and the way I received my income once a month I would make sure it was paid earlier than needed but they decided to cut me off and not refund any of my prepaid prepay fee that's just rotten business and I am not going to stay with a company that practices themselves in that manner. I do however have a hope cross my fingers for a refund on this $30 amount
