I bought a mobile home from this company on ****** **** 2021. It is now ******** **** and me and my family are not able to move into the house. The house has been paid for in full along with the price of having it set up and delivered. The only thing that the company has left to do for us is finishing the set up of the house, which includes finishing the trim, fixing the carpet, and fixing anything that happened during the move. We have a busted window in a bedroom and there is a serious cut in the hardwood floor of the kitchen. There are other things that need to be done like finishing paint spots and most of the trim work. We paid the company to finish these jobs because it was included in the set up and delivery fee. I do not remember an exact date, but the company had a crew come out to work on the inside of the home and they did a decent amount of the trim and even changed our thermostat out. This was several months ago and we have not seen that crew back since. We made a phone call two weeks ago to the company asking when the crew will finish the job. One of the sales associates, named Wanda, told us that a crew would come on Monday, the **** of ********* However, they have not showed up. We have made emails and phone calls to Wanda and she tells us that she will fix the problem and call us back when she knows something. However, she has not called us back. This has not been the only example of terrible customer service through the company. We bought the house from a lady named Wendy ******* She never kept us up to date on the progress of our home and when we called to ask for an update she was very rude and it was almost as if she was scolding us for wanting to know when our house would be moved onto our property. We would really like to be able to move into our home that is already paid for. We have a brand new house sitting on our property but we cannot move in until the company does their part.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/21) */ For the past 18 months we have asked all of our customers, under the current conditions,to allow us 45 to 60 days to have their homes complete from the date of the delivery. We have rescheduled with one of our trim out crews again, to be on site at the ******* home on Monday the ***** This will be right on the edge of our estimated time we ask for. We apologize for inconvenience and will try to make sure this trim out gets completed next week.
