On or around November 13, 2018 Equity Restoration put a new roof on the home that I would later purchase in July, 2022. In 2024, a leak appeared in my living room ceiling near my chimney. I called Nathan, the owner of Equity Restoration on July 17, 2024 to ask if he would come out to look at it and if it was under warranty. He assured me it was under warranty and that he would honor a warranty claim and stand by his work. He stated he would let his warranty department know and get the process started. He also asked me to send him a copy of the work order which I did that day. At the time of replacement, it was a homeowner's claim under the prior owner's policy. After not hearing from Nathan for almost 2 weeks, I contact him again by phone and text - no response. I then attempted to contact him again by phone and text on August 16 - still no response. It seems as though Nathan does not want to honor his word nor does he stand behind his work. I would like to be contacted by him asap to have my roof looked at and repairs made as needed.Customer response
