My fiance had contacted them after a plumbing emergency and they discussed potentially completing some restoration work. However, they failed to show up to (2) two meetings with us, wasting over 6 hours in total time off of work for each of us. After they failed to show up to meet with us, we hired another company who was prompt and showed up on the first meeting on time. NOW, THIS COMPANY has the AUDACITY to send my fiance a $14,000 bill when they have completed ZERO work on the home. And I mean zero work on the home. Additionally, they have lied and stated a contract exists for them to complete work - this is a blatant lie because they failed to ever show up to the meetings to begin a working relationship. This company is now trying to make money off of a hard working doctor ******* they think they can ******* him out of an easy $14,000 for work they never did and never contracted to do. Just as a friendly reminder of what a contract constitutes, GA Code 13-3-1 (2020)To constitute a valid contract, there must be parties able to contract, a consideration moving to the contract, the assent of the parties to the terms of the contract, and a subject matter upon which the contract can operate.(Orig. Code ****, ****; Code ****, ****; Code ****, ****; Code ****, ****; Civil Code ****, ****; Civil Code ****, ****; Code ****, 20-107.)As seen in the above GA code, there was no contract here and we will not be bullied into paying this company for ZERO work. They didn't even refer us to our current contractor - we never stated we wanted infiniti H3430393830****383833H to complete this job. They could not even finish the evaluation and failed to ever follow up with us or the insurance company.

We have communicated directly with *********************** and she has since removed the negative comments as she was not our customer and was speaking on behalf of someone else.
