We purchased from Warehouse Carpets on 01/10/20 a supplier in GA. We purchased 2,046.00s.f. @ 5.47 = $ 11,191.62 with shipping of $393.38 for a total of $11,585.00 for the flooring materials. I have attached this invoice for your reference. We also paid $4,758.69 to install the hardwood floors from ****** Company- invoice is also attached. For the materials and installation we paid $16, 343.69 for these “most durable” floors. As seen in one of the pictures we asked for the hardest prefab hard wood floors. Warehouse Carpets sent us 3 different types and we wanted to toughest they had so we picked the Old World Teak that is ¾”x5X RL Hand Scraped which has a 25 Year Wear Warranty. My husband and I purchased our house to remodel it and wanted the most durable floors for our “new” remodeled house for our family. I have reached out to Warehouse Carpets sales and their claims department multiple times, emailing them in regards to getting a response to my defective floors (as seen in the pictures). I have multiple emails with 2 individuals, when I had originally reached out to the company in regards to my issues with the floors chipping and the top seal coming off. I have only received negative responses within emails as seen below. They let me know that I had to fill out a form to get one of their inspectors to come out and evaluate my floors. The form has been filled out and I have been emailing the past 2 months to get someone out to inspect them and no response. One individual mentions that the floors are performing to how they should be is unacceptable as we are not even in 2 year of having the floors and this is what is happening. I would like a refund for the amount of the material along with the installation cost, so I can find another company to purchase flooring from and get it installed. I will have to also pay a company to come remove the current ones as well- that should be taking into consideration as well.Business response

I have spoken to Ms. ****** on several occasions. In the report filed, she states that she was going to have an inspection done and would post the findings. I still haven't seen anything posted and feel the need to address this dispute to keep our reputation unscathed. I have never had a hardwood claim honored for scratches. I did suggest to Ms. ****** that the 2 large dogs that she admits live in he house, are the culprit here. Scratches and chips don't appear out of no where. I have scratches on my hardwood too, I live on my hardwood floors and realize they will scratch. I have sold a tremendous amount of these floors with NO issues. Because of our standing with the distributor, they are gong to send a certified flooring inspector for a professional assessment. I will post the inspection once it has been done.Customer response
