We have contacted Pride multiple time due to issues we are having since the installation of our inground pool. It took multiple phone, emails, and visits to the store, which we were getting chemicals and water checked at the store, and ******** would say “I got your email and have not forgot about you”. We did receive a call from the Savannah location saying they were the “service” location. If that was the case, why weren’t we told that before. A guy from the Savannah location did come out June 29, 2022 and sent us a follow up email of issues, which one issue regarding the sand (he said he did not see sand coming from return). The return email said someone would be back in contact with us soon once things were discussed. I have called the Savannah location and asked for **** to call me and get a call back from someone saying they have not forgot out us. Here it is December and nothing. I will say when purchasing the pool and they were selling us the pool, they were quick to return calls and answer questions and meet with us. We told ******** when meeting with him that service after the sale was important to us. He assured us we would be taken care of. We paid them the money when it was due. Now, here we are service after the sell, nothing. We would like all this taken care of before the swimming season, so we can enjoy our pool that we paid a lot of money for.Business response

We do apologize for the delay in our response a good bit of our staff were out sick during the last 30 days. ***** ***** did install an inground swimming pool for the ****** November 6, 2020. A technician did make a service call on 6-29-22 at no charge and met with Mr. ****** to find out exactly what their concerns were. There was a concern about filter sand getting into the pool, after evaluating by the tech it was determined that it is sediment from the edge of the pool deck. After the pool was installed November 2020 at the end of the construction phase we have a crew that does a clean up and start up of the pool before turning it over to the customer, there is a concern that we did not remove all of the tape adhesion after clean up. ***** ***** can send out a technician to their pool one last time at no charge to confirm and resolve their concerns. Please let us know so we may schedule a service call. Thank youCustomer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We have actually been waiting on a call from them since the last email that was sent to us in June after they sent a technician out to look at everything, stating they were going to get back with us. We have made phone calls to them, which one was returned to us from one of the employees "that they had not forgot about us", but yet still no phone call or scheduled visit. We just want all of this resolved from the initial install.
