I placed my very first online order in their App on **** ** for this location (accidentally) and I called them IMMEDIATELY. I explained to the lady that answered what I had done and requested assistance on getting it transferred to the right DQ. The lady on the phone was very respectful and courteous but did not know how to do that or cancel the order but while on the phone she contacted her "manager" and he was not able to assist either but was not physically at the store. Totally understandable and so we ended our phone call with her understanding that I was physically 45 minutes from her establishment and that there was no need to make my order and I was not coming to get my order. So No food was made and nobody picked up my order but they still charged my card. I requested a phone call back from him (never got) and I have left several messages since then. Almost a month later and still no phone call and/or refund.
