I made a order with burger king on **** ** **** around 6pm and their delivery partner **** **** delivered my food and my food arrived and damaged due to poor packing to the point I could not eat it and I reached out to customer support via chat and email and somebody name Jessica responded by email but all she wanted to offer me was a $10 coupon and I did not want a $10 coupon because the food was not edible I did not eat the food. I also ordered ice cream but it arrived melted I can't eat melted Ice cream come on now. I ask twice to speak to a supervisor regarding my situation in she would not let me she was being disobedient and unprofessional. I would like this this inquiry forward over to her supervisor. I request a full refund back to my **** ****** ** ****. The lady Jessica I spoke too was someone at corporate. I will attach my receipt to this inquiry.Business response

When dealing with third party delivery service, as a business, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition as to how the food is received as it was delivered by someone that is employed by the third party delivery company. There is absolutely no way we can hold the third party delivery driver accountable for their actions in storing, handling or timeliness on food deliveries, therefore, we cannot guarantee the quality, product hotness or the ability of the driver to keep ice cream frozen from the time of pickup to the time of delivery.
The guest talked to BKC and not the local Burger King unit.
