was looking for a person to buy my home, provided them with detail information, including pictures about my house, Said they call back, never heard back from them, beginning to think they are just a scam.

August 15th - ************** intially contacted us from our website stating she was interested in selling her home
August 15th - One of our representatives reached out the same day to ask questions about the property and request photos. During this call ************** was informed that our offer would be based off sales in the area and the overall condition of her property.
August 22nd - Upon receipt of the property, photos we could properly assess that the home needed significant updates and repairs. Our representative presented the offer to ************** which she immediately turned down stating she was insulted by the offer.
All of our calls are recorded. We can provide copies of these recordings and notes from our representative with dates of phone contact with **************. We were very repsonsive by calling her the same day to gather information and diligent in our follow-up to present her with our offer to purchase after we were able to assess the condition of the home and comparable sales in the area.
We have maintained our A+ accreditation with the BBB since 2018 and pride ourselves in being transparent, no pressure, and operate with the highest integrity. The fact that she did didn't like our offer and the fact that we simply provided her with what we were willing to pay should not justify leaving this complaint posted to the site. We never went under contract to purchase her home which means we never had an official marketplace interaction. If all consumers filed complaints simply because they didn't like the price somone provides whether it be a plumber or electrician the BBB would be inundated with complaints. We are requesting that this complaint be removed and we wish ************** nothing but the best.
