I ordered knives @ wholesale to resell. When the orders were received all knives came in rusted with sheaths rusted where the snaps were totally corroded and crumbling.Products are of no value and I cannot sell. They 100% back their product but after multiple phone calls and over 7 emails the business will not assist me in returning the items and getting full refund for both orders.Business response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused and appreciate the opportunity to address the matter.
We would like to clarify that the customer was refunded 100% of the item amounts for both orders. A return label was provided to facilitate the return, and once the products arrived at our warehouse, we processed the full refund for the value of the items in both orders.
We regret any confusion that may have arisen during the communication process and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Should there be any further concerns or questions, we are more than happy to assist.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, after many weeks and struggles the company finally sent my refund. I will not be doing business with them in the future.
