They kept blaming my mouth and gums for the reason my dentures didn't fit. I was fed up after my final set and finally agreed to Implants. They were supposed to do a referral to oral surgeon. After 1 month, I called and left a message because I hadn't heard back. 2 weeks later, I texted Dr W**** at Affordable Dentures and never get response. My teeth don't fit and I constantly have to reapply powder and glue. I'm beyond upset, I'm livid.

The Dr w**d was very rude on my first visit but I let it slide because I needed new upper plate. The ones that were made wasn't the color I picked and they were to big that caused me jaw pain and sore on bottom gum. I wore them and tried to wear them for 4 days cause I loved the fit and they were beautiful but to big. They had to remake them and when I returned I got exactly the identical of my old ones which was humiliating cause they had the problem as my old ones. And I was told to be gone after I told them and to make new appt. This would be my 4th visit. I refused at that point and requested a refund. Iv not heard from them since. But it was put on my carecredit card so I filed a dispute and they won't be paid until its resolved . The only resolution will be refund. I wouldn't recommend this place for my dog let alone a person. Iv been to 2 other affordable dentures and they were very kind and respectful and went way beyond for me.

Had a terrible experience. Very first visit was great. However, after I paid and they received my funds - we were just a number. Waited too long in waiting room and then rushed through office appointments. Called many times and no one answered the phone. Moved homes during the denture process and requested a transfer to a closer office - took over 2 months for anything to happen...not to mention, I had to keep calling - seemed as though I was the thorn in their side and they didn't want to be bothered...except - they were the thorn in my side because of the lack of response on their end. Dr. W**** seemed very friendly during my first visit...after that I felt as though she had no time and just needed to get through her whole list of patients. They book too many appointments in a day's shift...they clearly don't have enough time to spend on actually caring. But that makes sense why Dr. W**** was so nice in the beginning...she wanted our business. After the pockets got lined...the care and concern left. I would not recommend this office to anyone...not even the devil. Think long and hard before you decide to give them your money...they really aren't worth it...and not worth the stress and headache either. Not to mention the rust that I found on their chair I sat in!
