My hvac system that was installed by Elite Heating and Air LLC came with a 10 year manufactory warranty. 2 year labor warranty. Elite Heating and Air will not come out for a warranty repair. Owner will no return texts or phone calls. I have been with our heat from 7 weeks with temps down well below freezing. I need my HVAC repaired as promised by Elite Heating and Air.

We were in constant contact with this customer. Due to supply and shipment delays, the part the customers system required was not in stock. Rather than have the customer wait longer, we replaced the entire unit. The customer is satisfied and this issue has been resolved.
