I took my car to the shop on 05/24/24 and it is now 09/11/24. I have been in contact with the shop and everytime I ask when my car will be ready they give me a new date. The insurance company has already stopped paying for the rental due to reaching its limit. I have now been in this rental for over 3 months and the insurance has stopped paying and my adjuster is stating the repairs for my car shouldn't have taken 3 months. Three months later and the shop is just putting in a supplement report to the appraiser. I think all of this is ridiculous and the insurance adjuster says I should look to the shop to pay the rental extension fees. I have not paid the shop yet I owe them the amount of ********. I have already spent over ******* in rental extention fees since the insurance company stopped paying.
