  Signed up with this company who I thought was credible. Upon payment everything was explained to me, but company failed to produce results and guarantees were broken. Company owner ******* also lied when asked can she send me my portal for login information so I can keep up with what and all she is doing. I never got that still till this day. I have sent emails which at first she was responding too after a while she stopped responding. I had to constantly chase her down through phone m. When I finally got a hold of her these are her exact words , telling me she sorry for taking so long and she glad I havent blasted her in social media and things like this and thanks for my patience, and that she guarantee me she is going to complete the job and even mentioned that she was going to give us a free tradeline, extended credit repair, and would show us how to build business credit. Last time is spoke with this lady was either late September or early October 2023 when I explained that I had moved. She said she would follow up with me the following week. I have not heard from this lady and she still has not responded to my last email that was sent a while ago per usual, but she continues to post on social media saying how she got someone else score that she just worked on up to this. Its like she only works on her friends or close friends credit but lags with others. I have seen where she charged others wayyy less than what she has charged us. I trusted her/this company to fulfill all my request including her guarantees which she knows that she doesnt suppose to guarantee anything. I even asked her why the tradelines werent reporting that I paid for. All she can say is she dont know why. Come to conclusion on my own research, she failed to mentioned that I should have unfroze my credit before she applies a tradeline so it can be added. This lady basically scammed us out of money that we had but didnt really have. I want a refund. This is very disappointing and unethical. I came to her because I was scammed from another company. I have gave her more ***** than allowed. Im tired. I want a refund. She over promised and couldnt deliver. Me as a client should never have to chase a company down to do what they promised to do.
