On Sunday, December 17 @ 11:16am, I placed an order for same-day delivery ($13.98 fee) as a gift for a friend. At 12:16pm, I received a call from a female employee asking to move my delivery to the following day as they were short-staffed and only had one driver. I agreed, however I requested that my same-day delivery fee would be reimbursed, to which the female employee said she would. The employee stated I would receive an email confirming my refund within 24 hours -- 3 days later, I haven't received an email.On Monday, December 18, my tracking never updated to show that my order was being worked on or out for delivery so I called the store at 12:48pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm. and 6:27pm and left 3 different voicemails. No one ever answered nor did they ever call me back. At 6:29pm, I attempted to submit an online inquiry form requesting contact, however the "Send Request" button was greyed out, despite all fields being filled in. At 6:32pm, I sent a message to the official Edible Arrangements ******** page asking for assistance. I included screenshots of everything. Delivery NEVER came.On Tuesday, December 19 at 7:22am, I responded to a promotional email I received from Edible Arrangements, asking why they continue to send me marketing emails when they can't even fulfill the order I placed two days prior. I sent 3 separate emails (to ************************************** but til this day no one has responded. At 9:47am, I called the corporate customer service line. The gentleman I spoke to just said it appears my order would be delivered that day. Couldn't tell me why it was delayed; didn't care to acknowledge my frustrations. At 9:52am, I received a response to my ******** message saying the same thing as the phone rep, and then crickets. Delivery was made (2 days late), but store never called to communicate the delay after THEY asked me to move it to 12/18.I am demanding a partial refund and an apology. This store and corporate's customer service is severely LACKING.
