POSolutions does a great job for this community. Some homeowners dont completely understand the rules/laws of a HOA and therefore think they are an inconvenience to their lives. Maybe, show some interest in your community, attend a meeting or two then give an honest assessment.Review from Miaunna W

This property has allowed a burned downnhiuse to sit on Sarsh Loop for almost 3 years without even cleaning up the debris from the fire. This house has beennuncsted for and is now a dumping place for move outs. This HOA is fraud

Unfortunately this matter is not something the management company has the ability to affect. This matter must be resolved with the county and the courts, not the management company. This property started as being an insurance issue, and has indeed been handed to court and legal team to address, and we unfortunately cannot dictate the timeline for legal resolution, nor can we take any action on private property that is tied up in the legal process. We are awaiting next steps from the courts to determine what steps can be taken. Due to confidentiality requirements, we are not able to share much beyond this, but the matter is being addressed with the proper authorities, and is in no way a reflection of other duties POSolutions handles for Kades Cove.Review from Pearlie T

All expressed by PW homeowners reviews to include the following, and not deserving of even a one star. Lived in PW community for 5+years to present, previous HOA much better, ************ worst ever and should be replaced sooner than later. Lack of transparency, Communication, and HOA Leadership in our community. The list is definitely huge, but some additional issues such as; what is done with Homeowners HOA annual payments following the money? Transparency with rental property, street parking violations, homeowners work trucks parked in PW, HOA actions concerning lawn care/property violations, Homeowners supervision of their children in the community, pool issues, increase community safety need to know VIP, and the list goes on. Keeping in mind within the last 3years, one minute we have a HOA ********** ********** and Treasure. The next minute we have Secretary and Treasure, another minute we have a Treasure to current. This has been and continues to be a huge problem within our community due to lack of discipline and performance concerning HOA currently on board for my PW Community. Time for change PW Homeowners, let's make it happen!
