Incident date: 07/10/2023 Amount: $23 Location: Sweet Hut ****** Pleasant **** This location has offered a very poor experience that unfortunately has let a bad taste in my mouth. Lets start off by saying I do not feel they value customers at all here.I placed an order online for two sandwiches and a milk tea. I called the store to confirm my order where I spoke with a male who said they were making the order as we speak and was received. I was called about 15 minutes later stating the kitchen closed at 9 pm and they were unable to make my order. Keep in my mind I ordered in advance, called and an employee confirmed it was being made, in addition to driving 30 minutes. I was so frustrated at the call I still went to the store to speak with a manager.The manager wasnt any better , just making excuses stating she did not know why they told me it was being prepared. Did not offer any solution but merely seemed to brush me off due to other customers behind me. I even asked for a corporate number or anyway to speak with someone higher up. She said she did not know of anything and continued to brush me off.Needless to say this was the most negative customer service experience I have received in a really long time. I wouldnt even waste my money or time coming to this establishment. Especially with not feeling valued as a customer who spends money here.
