I have been experiencing several issues with my financial company in regards to my car for the past few months(March, April, and May). I have been denied several times in several ways(they removed my access to Auto Pay, the Online Payment Portal, and also the Automated Payment System over the phone). I always get an error message stating that I need to speak with a representative so I would call and try to reach someone. One of the representatives that *** been speaking with by the name of ****** is who constantly has been refusing to accept my payments. She tried to pose as a regular representative then when I asked to speak to a direct a supervisor thats over her. She placed me on hold for awhile then came back to the phone an acted as if she was one of the direct supervisors. I asked again if I could speak to someone else other than her and she got angry and rudely responded stating that there is no one else and proceeded to hang up in my face while I was trying to make my payment. She has called my phone several times harassing me about my account but, STILL refuses to accept what I can afford to pay. I have been ACTIVELY trying to make payments on my account for months now. On Friday 06/16/2023, my car was picked up from my home address. I had no idea what was going on until I saw my car gone when I got up to get ready for work. I was heading out the door to leave my house and I noticed my car was gone. I called the car company(Auto Gallery of *************) where I purchased my car from and they had no idea what was going on. I also contacted my financial company(J&J Financial) that I am writing this complaint about and they also acted as if they didnt know either. I had to call Gwinnett ************* to do a search on my car. No one had any paperwork or information on my car being taken away at all. It was wrongfully done and it is now Day 6 and I still have no information on how to retrieve my car back in my possession.
