****** *** 202* *** ***** ***** contacted Ranco Rentals to rent tables for an event in ******** ** in ****** ** 2023. We worked with Kate N***** and explicitly told her that we must have 36"x30 PEDESTAL tables. She confirmed in an email that would be what we are getting (she sent photos) and that the tables could be delivered. Almost a year later on **** *** 2023 we called Ranco Rentals to reduce the amount of tables we ordered and were told by Elissa that they did not have PEDESTAL tables nor could the tables be delivered. She said they moved all of their product to ******* because they had a flood and they are unsure as to what is available. Our event is in less than 3 weeks and now we do not have the tables we were promised and we have to rent a moving company to pick up and return the tables because we were told they deliver when in fact they do not. Elissa was very flippant and said "Well you can just cancel your order." That does us no good when our event is in a few weeks. After searching, we found another event company that can provide us with what we need. I called Ranco Rentals to cancel our order and they said they cannot give us our deposit back as it is non-refundable. I told them that they did not fulfil the contract as they were unable to provide what we were promised and that the right thing to do was to give us our deposit back. Ranco Rentals is completely unprofessional and they hire incompetent employees. Other businesses should be aware of this.Business response

Good afternoon. A refund was issued **** ** *to her original form of payment (credit card) Please see attached. For $295.37
A manager got on the phone with her and apologized for the staff miscommunication and resolved it right away. Customer was satisfied and had found another company that could handle her request. We thought it was resolved. Please let us know anything else that is needed to resolve this issue! Thank you.
