This is regarding maintenance issues, I have been requesting for several months and no one from the company has reached out to me to remedy the causes, left messages ,sent emails from my personal email and the tenants portal..My electrical outlet stopped working in the room where I work when the rain shut the power off and once came back on it would not work in both of the front rooms in the house, there is a hole in the ceiling that leaks when it rains, they have yet to come out and repair it. My microwave handle been broken for months, my pipe is broken and they said it's my responsibility, there is alot of plumbing issues ,however they said all of the plumbing issues is the tenants responsibility which is not fair, they always say since my house is so far its sometimes hard to get someone out to handle the repairs.

The home received a new roof in August of 2022.  The electrical outlets were repaired in November of 2022.  The handle to the kitchen sink was replaced in November of 2022 along with the ceiling damage in the garage.

A new work order was then placed for a leak and the roofer came back out because the roof is brand new.  He said the leak was coming from the shower so a plumber was sent out.  It was raining the day the plumber came out.  He was able to observe the source of the leak.  He said the roofer needs to be called back out.

All of this is very recent and has been actioned.  All work orders have been actioned.  The microwave handle was not damaged upon move in, if it is broken, that is resident damage however, the owner did agree to repair./replace.

The resident also has a refrigerator leak that we are waiting for a quote on. She also requested vent duct cleaning and the owner approved it within 48 hours.

Minor plumbing is the responsibility of the resident.  It is in the contract that they signed.
