I Paid For 4 *************** With Them ( On The 11th & I Have Proof I Paid ) On The 12th , I Went To Start ************ Wasnt Working . I Contacted Them NUMEROUS Times , Tried To Leave Voice Messages ( But Their Mailbox Was *********** Didnt Leave Till 4 But Stopped Picking Up The Phone 30 Minutes Before ) . I Wasnt Able To Use The Car I Paid For UNTIL Monday Morning , After They Opened ( At 10am & Didnt Even Get A Response Until 10:30 ) . Even Though I Had Paid For The Car Until Tuesday Afternoon I Brought The Car Back Monday Afternoon After Talking To Them Because I Ended Up Losing My Job From Being Unable To Work That Weekend . I Explained To Them That I Lost My Car Due To **************************** Their Response Was ***************** I Took The Car To The Carwash Before I Returned ********* Vacuumed The Car Out . After Taking It To The Back , The Lady Who Was Responsible For My Account Walked Out Without Saying Anything To Me So I Was Left Sitting There For A Hour . When I Asked What Was Going On The Lady Left Told Me That The Lady **** My Account Said I Wasnt Getting Any Type Of Refund ( Even Though I Never Used The Car The Day I Paid ************* It Back Early ) She Said It Was Due To Ashes ** The Vehicle . When I Talked To The Young *** **** The Cars He Said He Didnt See Anything ** The Car ( I Have A Witness To That ) . When I Asked The Lady ** The Front If I Could See If It Was Ashes The Lady ********* Said She Isnt Responsible For All Of That But I Wanted Verification Because I Know It Was No Smoking ** The Vehicle . They Told Me A ***ager Would Be ** Contact But No One Has Called Me . Ive Called Up ************ ********* Keep Ignoring My ******************Initial Complaint

I have rented a car from them 3 times.The first car that was rented I was ok but had to start when you turn it off. But we kind of ignored it. The second time renting the car that I received was very hard to crank back up after shutting off. This 3rd time 2/22/22 I was asked what I was going to be doing the next day. Then was asked could I get the breaks changed in the car that I just rented. On top of that I received the car on E. I dont think that me has the renter should be responsible for getting then breaks changed. Also I have never received a car with the tank on E. I would like a full refund and a apologize.
