      These people are frauds and I think they just collect insurance claims. The service is awful and they are extremely unprofessional. Ive been trying to reach these people since theyve left my home almost 3 weeks ago now. My home warranty company has not heard from them either. My home warranty company wont fix my refrigerator until he responds. The tech they sent lied and told me he would contact them the same day and literally ghosted me and my home warranty. I just wanted him to let them know what was going on so that they can fix my refrigerator that he was not capable of fixing. His service was awful from the start and never once followed up with me. I tried to warn my warranty company and now my family and I are living without a refrigerator with 4 kids and a baby that needs milk smh. I am letting everyone know about my experience. I have contact the company plenty and no one has gotten back to me. I let them man know how much its costing me to have to buy food everyday. The fridge went out and leaked water everywhere. Now my fridge doesnt work at all.

      We do apologize, however ****** was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident and all the warranty companies have been made aware. We are dissolving the company which is why no return calls have been made. It was just him running the company so we have contacted al the warranty companies hes worked with and they should be getting all dispatches sent to other vendors. If youre seeking a refund that would need to come from the warranty company, not us. We wish you the best of luck. Thank you

      I initiated a service request with my warranty company American Home Shield in May 2023. Ericksen Appliance came to my home twice in June 2023. On the 2nd visit in June *************************************************************** November 2023 as the oven doors would lock while in use. The contractor came back out in December after I contacted the warranty company and the contractor replaced another component on the oven in December. The oven failed again and I contacted Ericksen Appliance directly in December and the contractor came out in Jan **** and replaced the door lock assembly and the oven failed to work again as both doors locked while in use after the 4th repair by Ericksen appliance. After the 4th repair I spoke with the technician who installed the door lock assembly and he advised that he would contact the warranty company. After the contractors last visit the company went unresponsive although I left multiple messages without a response from the business. I had to escalate the issue with the warranty company to get Ericksen appliance to respond only to have them suggest another contractor to attempt to repair the over after their 4 failed attempts at repairing the oven. I am looking for the contractor to provide a full detailed account of all components that were replaced on the oven and the reason for the suggestion of another option. I am trying to understand why it is not deemed unrepairable from a professional perspective after replacing 4 components. I am only left to wonder if the contractor does not want to take the time to provide the details to the warranty company concerning replacement. Is it reasonable to think that after 4 components on the oven have been replaced that there is chance that it will work? Ericksen appliance should provide an account of all of the work they have done on my oven out of professional courtesy as I have asked multiple times. The next contractor should have a list of what has been replaced already.

      Company installed a bad compressor and told us we would get our money back in October. We have yet to receive our money and they do not call back!

      We installed a good compressor on said customers refrigerator, customers control board was shutting off which is an issue that was nothing to do with repairs done to customers refrigerator, we went out to inspect refrigerator and it was cooling at that present time, we set up a day the following week to go pull the compressor out however the customer would not work around our schedule because this is not something you just unplug, we need a vacuum pump to remove this compressor they said no it was either we go there now or not at all. This is actually in our attorneys (***********************) Office, for business slander, Harassment, And fictitious consumer complaint. The technician took very good photos of the compressor working after the repair and after the inspection also the data logger from the infrared thermometer during second inspection of temperatures being good!
