I went into the bank on February 28, 2023 around 12 noon to make a mortgage payment in the amount of $874.10.I paid cash to cashier ******* and he noticed that their machine was not printing a receipt. He called over the office manager ******** to create a receipt. The payment never showed up on my account. It is going on 3 months and they are still researching the payment. I'm sure if they checked their video at the bank would show that I was actually there in the bank to make a payment. I would like an apology for my time wasted calling and leaving messages for ******* and ******** and I want my payment posted immediately. I do not want my credit to suffer because of the bank's error.
