The issue occurred at ************************************** in downtown commerce ga where the lady above all of the district managers came to the store on behalf of the ******************************** where he apparently told the lady above the dms where she relayed the message to my fiance that why is he with me that hes so pretty and that he needs to get his eyes checked bc im not the one he needs to be with, thats harassment and has no way shape or form regards to his job! he should be fired!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered from Subway appt on 02/17/2023 dinner for my family. It takes me more than 30 minutes to get there. I purposely ordered from the one closest to my home. I arrive at Subway to find NONE of my order is done and that they are out of flatbread, ham and turkey. They didn't bother to call me to ask for substitutes or have any of my order that they could make complete. the store at this point was busy . I ask for a refund and I am just going to make other arrangement to be told nope, you'll have to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager, we don't know how to do that. the assistant manager was there and she didn't know how to do it. A gift card with that amount on it wasn't offered. they didn't offer to fix the situation at all. The manager was finally called and he didn't ask to speak with me to apologize and didn't offer anything other than oh he'll have to go through the app to get refund of which could take up to 10 business days. the main reason that I ordered from the app was so that it would be ready when I got there and because of the special that if you purchased a foot long you got a foot long for free. So I was supposed to get 2 foot long sandwiches, a Pizza, and two salads with ham and turkey. Almost $40.00 worth of food that I didn't get nor have I gotten my money back.
