Started treatment for my son in 2022. Braces was removed June 2024. Since we have brought the patient back in July and August expression the dissatisfaction with the outcome results. I scheduled a meeting with the *** ***** ******** who is also the owner and office manager. It took 2 weeks for someone to finally call me back. Once the office manager called back she scheduled a meeting for September 6th when the last appointment was on August 18th. The August 18th appointment we were finally told that our son needed to go back into treatment again. The issues is from June to August this was never communicated or addresses to us. The communication was always about the retainers did not fit, the retainer needed to be adjusted. In the interim we are still voicing our concerns about shifting and in the beginning requested a permanent retainer. ** was told they do not do permanent retainers. they never addressed the over bite and now they was to charge us for a permanent retainer and retreatment. I attempted to have meeting to meet somewhere in the middle for the retreatment. The *** stated " Do you want me to work for free". I did not have a expectation not to pay anything. However still dissatisfied, and would like at min. a $1500-1800 refund. I do not want them to attempt to correct the issue because the face to face meeting did not result in a positive interaction. I no longer feel safe or comfortable communicating with the practice or to allow my child a retreat with this *** ** went over falsify documentation that was noted in the medical record but never was communicated to the parents. When I tried to explain that some of the documentation noted was never communicated as such the *** got upset and stating I was over talking him and I was only trying to explain the portions that was not communicated. My issues is that from June to August such not cost $2700 after the initial 4k treatment since they have been monitoring the changes since the removal of the braces.
