I paid a total of $516.08 over the course of four months (December 2020-March 2021) for a VIP experience festival wristband, and $72.20 for a Thursday Pre-Party ticket. The Thursday Pre-Party ticket was supposed to be compensated for as announced, and I was never reimbursed or received a credit. The festival was canceled two years in a row, and upon finally attending this previous weekend, none of the guaranteed accommodations were met. There was a lack of clean drinking water, not enough ice provided to fulfill the population of attendees (while not being allowed to exit the grounds and return), and false advertisement of merchandise credit for those who rolled over their ticket to attend after previous cancellations, and buying the festivals add ons. Security teams harassed festival goers, taking belongings that were permitted into the festival from them, and violating them. The grounds the event was held on were unfit for a camping experience. Multiple 9inch deep, or more, holes in the ground throughout transitional walking areas, that were not marked for peoples safety. Fire ant nests covered the camping grounds resulting in dangerous infestations of campsites.

Hello! My name is *********************** and I am reporting Imagine Music Festival. On March 23rd, 2021 I paid nearly $400 for a festival ticket. The festival was due to happen the weekend of September 18th, 2021. The ticket included general admission, camping pass, and car pass. Unfortunately due to weather the festival was canceled. They posted an announcement explaining that ticket holders can roll over their ticket to 2022, or we can request a refund. They didnt give us any information on how to request a refund. We were just told more information would be available. Weeks go by and Im informed that they had a 5 day refund window, but they didnt post or announce it. Therefore, those of us that werent informed about the refund window have been waiting months to get our refunds back. They announced that they will have a second round of refunds once they release the new lineup for the following year. That was 4 months ago. Since then we have heard nothing. They are ignoring all emails and deleted all comments pressing this matter . They have posted no updates and have made no announcements. They are just holding MY money without giving me a way to get it back. That has to be on the border of being illegal. At this point I just want to report them bc theres thousands of us that are upset and want answers. We want our money back but more importantly we want to hold them accountable. Thank you for taking the time to hear my complaint.

I paid over $400 for concert tickets and pool pass for my daughter ***************************** for her birthday at the imagine festival near ******* **. she does not reside in ******* right now so she flew in for this event and the event was cancelled just a few hours before they were supposed to open the gates. I am not sure why they waited so long to cancel the event considering they can read the weather 7days in advanced and their excuse for cancelling last minute was we were supposed to get a storm. I have asked for a full refund which they claim they paid and they did not. They gave me a refund for ****** instead of the full amount. I have proof from my bank showing how much I paid and how much of a refund I got. The owners of imagine say well they sent me a refund and its not my problem if I didn't get it. They are rude and owe us a full refund they cancelled the festival not us cancelling. A full refund is due to us.
