My brows were done by ****** *****l who owns impressive faces and each time I’ve contacted her to agree to remove them she’s made an excuse and it’s causing my face to become swollen and scabby. She’s agreed to fix them over the past couple of years and hasn’t done so or at least Arturo meet up at all.Business response

To whom it may concern,
I have spoken with this client on several occasions regarding her eyebrows. She had her eyebrows done by me in November 2018, (my very 1st client) she signed a waiver and contract that discussed my rules and regulations and I've verbally expressed to her that this is permanent makeup so before we even start outlining her brows to be sure that she agreed to the shape, style, and style before I tattooed them. I informed her that once we tattooed them that there was no way of making them smaller because they were semi-permanent, so they would be that size for a while. She then agreed to the look and gave me verbal consent to continue. Once the service was completed, she told me that she loved them. Even after they were healed, she had no complaints. She wrote to me approximately 1 year later stating that she did not like them anymore and wanted to see about getting them removed. After you change your mind and it was not my mistake, there are "0" refunds per my policy. I did let her know that I can use saline to remove them, but she never scheduled an appointment and expected the services to be no cost. This has been 4 years and this client is stating that her skin is peeling and flaking, which only happens the first 10 days after getting the service which is very hard to believe. I recommended her to try to visit a dermatologist because she could have eczema or dry skin. She got upset with me and threatened to get an attorney and report the business because I would not remove them for free after 4 years. She's more than welcome to schedule an appointment for removal services. I never turned her down for wanting them removed.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted her immediately after they were supposedly healed not 4 years later and also i have the proof through many messages. She spoke with a mutual friend of ours and i also have evidence of those messages of her stating she was not going to do my brows at all, and she's will not help me. I also have paperwork from a dermatologist stating my brows were applies incorrectly and therefore they will not heal properly. I feel as though she should be shut down as she shows no care or concern for her customers. She never responded when we made an appointment for removal, I approved a time frame and received no response.
