On 11.19.23 at 4:57 pm at the Burger King restaurant located at *** **** * ***** ***** *********** ** ***** I went through the drive through and ordered an Impossible Burger, Large Fry, Frozen Coke, and a Big Fish Sandwich. I did not receive the Fish Sandwich. The lobby was closed, the drive through was packed. I contacted Burger King via the website and presented my problem. I provided the receipt as requested and was emailed asking for a picture of the receipt with a clear picture of the date. I took another photo and re-submitted the receipt. I heard nothing back from Burger King. I emailed asking for a response. Burger King has not responded.Initial Complaint

I went into the establishment August 14th 2023 I ordered a small fry and I was charged four times on my account neither time was for small fry. I was charged $1 even I was charged $25 even I was charged $7 even and I was charged 9.46 all these charges and I only bought a small fry I didn't receive a receipt. When I went back to confront the manager she acted like she didn't know what was going on when she was the one who sold me the small fry. I suspect thievery and fraud.
