A warranty claim was submitted on my house to fix an issue with the roofline/gutters on the back side of the house. Rain water has been leaking down the side of the house and pooling at the foundation instead of going into the gutters. Warranty was submitted to *********** back in August, and sent to this company's warranty department.I was not contacted by this company until beginning of November, at which time a visit was scheduled by the crew to come out and fix the issue.On arrival, they said they were told incorrect information about the height of the house on the property and did not have the proper ladder, so they could not do anything at that time. They would reschedule to come back the following week with the proper equipment, and the date wad confirmed with ******************** That next week came and went with no crew showing up.It has been multiple weeks since that time and the ******************* continues to just say they are waiting for a response from their area supervisor.

***************************, manager of our warranty department, reached out to customer on 4/5/23 and the homeowner confirmed the repair was resolved on 12/20/22.
I emailed on 4/5/23 to BBB with the above response.
