      ordered a tent top and it came in the wrong size they refuse to send a new one in the correct size instead keep offering me 50% off a new one or 50& their frame which is the same size as mine. Top is 4" too small on each side it's not going to fit anything.

      I ordered 6 big head cutouts from ***********. After many back- and forths about the importance of the size of the product I was ordering, and updating the order to a larger size to be sure, BannerBuzz sent 1 of the 6 items in a size smaller than what I ordered and paid for, with no notification or reason for this change. So now I have 5 items that are twice as large as the last one... and there is no time to correct the mistake since the order was for an event. Not to mention that they charge an exorbitant amount for overnight delivery (if I was ordering 6 cutouts of the same image, delivery would have been $46, but because I ordered six different images, I was charged $113 for shipping and was told this was because of a bulk discount. This makes no sense when the items are packed and shipped exactly the same way.). Also, their customer service representatives are difficult to understand, and the customer service response within 24 hours does not work when you have a time-sensitive order. I would never recommend working with them. Save yourself the headache and cost.

      This business is terrible. I ordered specially sized window clings from them for the shop I work at. Not only did I experience many, many mistakes during my order but even after calling them and speaking to someone on the phone to adjust sizes, I still got the wrong size AND three of the orders were made for interior placement, and not the outside placement we needed. I've now been on a wild goose ***** of speaking with random agents, being promised call-backs that never come, and just generally getting read scripts that give me the brush off. Do not waste your time with this company. They say they have good prices, but it comes at the cost of your sanity, time, and correct order. I am still in call-back/agent limbo with them even after a month, and there's no guarantee they will even reship me the correct sizes.

      Order banners from this company because them show a GA address and we wanted an American made product. BannerBuzz is out sourced this order to ***** and when it arrived it was not the size we ordered it was an 1-1.25 smaller both height and length.I emailed them to see what could be done and they just made excuses and said they will try and do better next time.After a few days of emailing the company they said theyd make it right and now tonight they say theres nothing they can do and if I want to order another design to let them ******* not trust this company they lie and promise things they nicely tell you to beat it.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have terrible customer service (mostly from overseas employees who just repeat what they are told to respond to inquiries) and very shady practices and ways of managing customers. We ordered two large orders just for one to need to be cancelled after proof approval to which we were told we couldn't cancel the order because the order had been shipped even though we never received a shipping confirmation. Magically 3-4 hours later a shipping confirmation was sent only to vaguely mention we would receive tracking when the order is shipped.... The order could have been cancelled. Regardless, we took the loss on this because it was after our proofs were approved and was on us. Ordered another order only to receive the proofs over the weekend AND outside of standard business hours. Our proofs were approved less than 48 hours later but were shifted 5 days for delivery due to the weekend/not being able to process outside of business hours. "Delivery dates are subject to proof approval" repeated over and over by their robot representatives even though it is not right to hold customers to "business hours" when it comes to when the order will be processed and delivered but then send proofs outside of "business hours". Very shady and seems that they have a system to s**** over their customers. The only benefit of this company is the low prices but it is probably because they employ overseas and outsource therefore sacrificing quality customer service.

      I ordered custom hang tags from Banner Buzz. They sent them with a lower print quality than I had hoped for but would still use them. But they also didn't drill the holes it them to make them 'hang tags' they were basically just business cards. I tried using a hole puncher but it looked awful so I reached out and asked if they could get sent back to get holes done properly. They made me send a video of me opening all the packages to prove they didn't have holes, then went back and forth for a couple days asking for photos of the cards with the box and tracking number to confirm. They finally said they would remake them, I said I was moving states and needed them to my new address and they refused, they offered to 'hold' the shipment' until I came back but I told them I'm MOVING not going on a trip. They ultimately sent them to my old address and they arrived after I left. I needed these WEEKS AGO and had to purchase from **** because I couldn't wait any longer. So they NEVER delivered the items I ordered and refuse to refund.

      BannerBuzz out sources their products and product support from third world counties. They attempted to charge my credit card three times for a single banner. Fortunately my credit card company antitheft system stopped two of the three charges. later I learn they billed my amazon account instead. Poor customer support with foreign language speaking support. They massed spammed and called our phone number a dozen times trying to get the order right. Do Not buy anything from this site.

      Consistently poor and terrible service. Multiple orders damaged, delayed shipping, terrible responses. After ordering time sensitive advertising products from BannerBuzz we had numerous issues because of poor service. You pay for a certain service level but get much slower with delayed deliveries. Then when the item arrives major damage rendering the items either unusable or items missing from the box so that it can not even be used.They don't stand by their product, nor do they respond in the stated time frames. I was advised a manager would call me back in 2-4 hours, but never got a call back. Their website states 3hr response time, but that doesn't happen either.Ended up having to go elsewhere and order.Order should be refunded in full.

      I read some reviews, but wish I had looked at BBB first. We rush ordered $2000 of banners for light poles that were printed incorrectly. It took several weeks for them to agree to reprint and ship them, and we missed our time slot to have them displayed in town. When we had another opportunity to hang them throughout town, the seams failed on the first 4 banners within hours. BannerBuzz refuses to refund, and is offering to reship (again) the 4 banners, but will only reship the remaining 30 if we hang them all and take video of them failing. We cannot have Public Works spend time to hang and then remove banners that will fail. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, and they are refusing. An absolute waste of 2 months and $2000.

      Our team has already offered a reshipment of 4 banners based on the validated documents you provided. However, we regret to inform you that we can't reship or refund all the banners. Our policy requires a clear justification for any errors.

      That said, we've noticed that the banners are being tightly placed on the pole sleeves. It's important to remember that the grommets on your banners play a crucial role in their performance. We recommend zip-tying the banners to poles to keep them securely in place.
