7/13/2024 order date I ordered my furniture in store was told everything will be orders on the 20th . Asked clerk if I had to move the shipment date due to me just closing. Will it be any problems she told me no I can move it once. I called the clerk and Told her its to many people with be at my home July 20th can they come Sunday. She called they confirmed. Today July 21, 2024 they called me and told me they sold my bed I have to choose another bed. I told them I been ordered the bed what do you mean you sold it. I was told I can either get a refund for the bed or get another one. I asked for a manager he argued me up and down that he owns the company Im who he need to speak to I dont have a choice. Then as I said I know you have a boss he proceeds to give the phone to another driver that I know from the past that has delivered to my home. He pretends to be his boss than I told them I remember his name ****** from before, he gets back on the phone and tell me *** them I dont care and hung up.
