On Monday February 5, 2024 approximately 3pm i purchase three African Cichlid tropical fish and a used heat pump from. this assessment. ***** (the owner) explained how to set up my fish tank once I got home. When I got home approximately thirty minutes later everything was setup as instructed.The morning after February 6 around 9a I looked at the fish tank and all of the fish were dead. I called the business number ************. I spoke with ***** and told him that ****'s had died. He asked me did I see the refund sign on the door. He stated that we seem like nice people he would replace the fish and I should bring some of the water to be tested in a couple of days. On Thursday February 8; approximately 4p I took the water to be tested. ***** wasn't there. His wife was there. I explained to her about the situation. She said ***** would be there on Friday. I went there on Friday sround 4p, ***** wasn't there. Per his wife he would be there on Saturday. She asked me to leave the water for testing and she will take it to her house because she didn't have test kit there. I called several times afterwards with no answer. I would like a refund for the fish's purchase in the amount of $130 ,.
