I purchased the dog of our dreams from Petland Kennesaw on July 17th. The night we got home from the purchased he started coughing. A few days later we were so worried about his coughing and breathing that we rushed him to the ** on a Saturday night at midnight. He ended up having pneumonia. We have spent around $1500 on x rays, doctor visits, medications, breathing treatments, etc. I have filed two claims with the warranty and still have not been refunded the money. I keep getting the run around that the check is lost in the mail, etc. I need help!Business response

We have followed our warranty and have refunded **************** all medical bills pertaining to the pneumonia. Her check did get lost in the mail, so we are writing a new one and she is picking it up from the store so that we do not risk it being lost again. She has not been given the run around and we have refunded everything per warranty, unfortunately we can not control the **** and she has always been given the option to pick up the check in the store.Initial Complaint

I bought a puppy from Petland and wanted to return it for a refund. They were racist, rude, and disrespectful and threatened me. They refused to give me a refund and forced me to wait outside of the building just because I am not a white woman. They sell sick puppies and only care about money and not about the health or safety of the puppies.
