I went in for a fill and pedicure and as I was getting my pedicure, a lady came over to do my nails. She was filing my nails so fast that they were crooked and uneven. As she applied the acrylic, she missed multiple spots and had my nails lumpy and bumpy. There was only one other customer in the building so I didnt understand why she was moving so fast. When I asked her to slow down she got mad. I informed her that I did not like the way she was doing my nails she stopped halfway and started speaking in her language and told me to go to someone else. Once my pedicure was over, the lady that was doing my toes told me to sit at a station where an older lady proceeded to start doing my nails. I told her exactly how I wanted them and she did the complete opposite. She told me that the way she did them was how my nails were supposed to look and if I did not like them to never come back. I was upset because I never disrespected them but they continued to be rude and disrespectful to me. Once I got to the register to pay I had my card in my hand and asked the older lady how much I owed. She then started adding services that I didnt even receive and when I asked her what the charge was for she started yelling at me and telling me that she would call the police and that I was being difficult because I told her I Did not like my nails. She continued to yell at me and called the police then said I was wrong because she had been doing nails for 30 years and Im not allowed to not like them. I have never been treated like this and I felt very disrespected! She assumed because of my skin color that I wasnt going to pay although I was standing there ready to pay. I did not agree with the charges she stated because I heard the girl tell her to charge me extra because I didnt like my service. They should not be allowed to treat people this way. I was never rude and yet I was yelled at and disrespected. The next day all of my nails popped off.
