** refrigerator Model LHSXS27065/01 Ser. No. 307MRYA1H986 We bought this refrigerator for my mom in ******* ** on August ************************************************************************************************* August 22 ********** send a technician on August 29 that say the refrigerator need to be replace but since I call after the 48hrs. that ********** allow i have to call **. I call ** they gave me an appointment for September, and nobody show up when I call, they told me they didn't have any technicians and reschedule. the next appointment was for September 13 the technician say it was the filter order a new one they put the new one September26 and told my mother to let the water run it will be ok. I call back on September 29 to report that it still has the same problem if you throughout about 2 to 3 gallons of water the water taste good and the smell goes away but at soon as you stop using the water in the refrigerator it goes back to the same the water from the faucet does not smell or taste bad in anyway. they send another technician out on October 10, I spoke to this technician over the phone and he told me that yes the ice was no good and the water smell bad that the refrigerator couldn't be repair he was going to make a report and someone will get back to be nobody did i call back October 13 and they told me that the technician had not close the work ticket that they will call me back no call i call back on the 17, and got the same answer I email the president of the company on the 26 I got a call the same day that the work ticket was still open that they were going to look into it. i got a test massage. the 31, saying that the technician's determine that is not a manufacturing defect I asked for them to send someone else and they say no. My mom still has a refrigerator that is not working, and the water has been tested and there is no problem I truly believe is the refrigerator not asking for money back we just want it to be fixed or replaced.
