February 26th, 2023 I paid $1,810 for moving services Please see my complaint below ***************** I hired this company to move my personal items and they are the most disrespectful set of liars that cursed and argued and almost got in a fight at my home around my small kids. **** insulted the Hispanic mover on several occasions making racial comments. These guys damaged my new bedroom set which I just found the damages to that, they damaged my work desk, the leg fell off of it and my fireplace TV stand was dropped by the drunk Hispanic mover, and I told them he needs to fix it and **** told me to file a claim. They tried to fix it after I had to repeatedly say something about it but after they left the legs fell off and the stand fell over. They tore a hole in the wall of the home I was moving from and lied about it. When I called for a quote before I hired them, ****** provided me an amount and I asked if there would be any other fees, he said no and sent me the quote. He said it's just hourly. At the end of the move, **** showed me a bill for over $1800 that did not account for my deposit which was $185. The total included OT and they had only worked for 11 - 4:30 which they played around and laughed within that time wasting time. It also included a number of other fees. I told them I was not told none of this stuff. One of the guys took off $200 which was still way above what I was quoted. This company needs to be out of business because they do bad business. Now I have to replace my bed, my desk that I worked from, and a fireplace stand. They wait until after the move to scam you out of your money. The owner did not answer my call and did not call back to apologize.Business response

This is not correct you where charged just hourly and that is proof in the bill. The movers where not playing around they moved a full 4 bedroom in great time. As recorded in the call prior to their arrival you told the movers there was like 30 boxes it turned out to be 126 boxes and 38 totes as counted in camera On truck. Also you where a extra man at no charge just to speed up the process. The hole in the wall was not caused by the movers that was done by your son way before the move as he stated its been there. Please dont insult us because your bill was ******* more then QUOTED ON ESTIMATED HOURS. Because per recorded conversation you where quoted ******* with full fees and you definitely went over by **** hrs on quoted time. You where not Gaurenteed a price ONLY QUOTEDCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: All of this is lies; I was sent the quote via email that did not show $1500+ I have proof of this. Also, I had no boxes all totes. I also have photos to show all of the damages done to my personal items. I have pictures of my son's room prior to the move because I took pictures as a part of the move out. This business needs to show all of this proof that they say they have. These are a bunch of scam artists. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Could you please share the estimate. It would have been better for you to contact us concerning your move instead going this route because things definitely could have been handled correctly. But definitely share the estimate
