I understand why car salespeople have such bad reputations. The salespeople I dealt with made a deal with me, in writing, and then refused to honor it. I made an offer that was originally rejected. The next day I was contacted by the a more senior member of the sales team named ***** who then accepted the offer I made the day before. I then agreed to come down later that day to purchase and take delivery and said I would notify him when I was on my way, as the dealership was an hour and a half away. Just before leaving for the dealership I called and talked with the person that accepted my offer and he told me another person was looking at the car and was trying to make a deal for it. When I tried to pin him down about whether the car would be there when I arrived, he would not commit. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes; which he did not. When I tried to call him back after 15 minutes, he hung up on me as his phone was ringing. I then texted him explaining that he and his dealership were in breach of contract after his offer and my acceptance of the price and my stated intention to travel to purchase and take delivery. I also added that I had grounds for suing them for said breach of contract if they did not sell me the car that day as was agreed upon by both parties. I then immediately got a call back from a DIFFERENT guy (at least the caller ID was different from Lamin) and the guy told me he didn't appreciate me threatening him and that he now refused to sell me the car at all. He started talking over me when I tried to say we had made a deal, and I hung up on him because I was angry about their failure to honor our agreement. BUYERS BEWARE is all I can say.

Unfortunately, my experience with AutoNation Toyota took a turn for the worse. While the new car sales team, especially Air, was fantastic, I encountered significant issues with a used car purchase.Beware when buying used cars; transparency seems to be lacking. We bought a used car with a known bumper issue, and despite the **********'s promise to fix it, they kept the car for four days without doing any work. When we finally picked up the car, we discovered transmission issues on day 7, well past the 5-day return window.Upon contacting the **********, they offered to fix the car. However, the process was prolonged and frustrating. The promised repairs, including the bumper, transmission, and a backup camera issue, took a staggering 4.5 weeks. The bumper is now separating again, and the backup camera remains unresolved.Despite documenting these concerns in a letter to the general manager and sales manager, there has been little follow-up. The general service manager expressed a desire to rectify the issues but failed to deliver. Even after consulting with the Kia ********** regarding the backup camera problem, communication has been sparse.If considering AutoNation Toyota for a used car purchase, exercise caution. It's advisable to conduct a thorough inspection immediately after purchase to avoid potential issues. My hope is that others can learn from my experience and make informed decisions when dealing with this **********.

I had my **** LEXUS ES330 toured to this company to be checked out because it would not start. with the key I had on hand. I had my son drop off the original car to the vehicle which did start the car, even tho I was told it did not and that a ne key had to be resynced to the tune of over $300. They informed me that that key was not synced to the car and the car would not start. That was bull!!! They did NOTHING and charged me for doing nothing. When the tow truck guy went to pick up the car he started the car right away; when he delivered the car to my home he started the car and drove it off the tow truck into my yard. It is still starting right now. To say they did a diagnostic on the vehicle is ludicrous and I should be refunded my money. I cannot believe it when the car is still running and they claimed the key was not synced to the car. Nothing but poor and deceptive service. If I could give a rating of zero, I would. Even the ** needs improvement.

**************** between sales and service is dreadful. I purchased a used vehicle with all warranties 9/27/2023 and have had to take it for service six (6) times for multiple issues. They essentially advertised my vehicle with detailed specifications (new tires, new brakes, etc., and they are blatant lies. The vehicle was advertised as having new tires (one has had to be replaced, one has a plug, clearly aren't new). I've requested a full set of new tires, as the dealership advertised, ***** has reached back out. I've requested a full point inspection and a detail for purchase and this has not been done to date. Keep in mind, they had the vehicle for service for a full week and a day during the one month of ownership. They also had the nerve to ask me to remove a ****** review.

I would like to rate zero if any. It is a total scam. Claim no markup but add accessories for about **** dollars. Then called and hung up. How rude it is!!!! Who wants to buy cars from you.

If you are a woman please dont go alone, they will catch you, take a lawyer, they change the contact at closing date and denied the previous contract which I signed before, they changed everything with higher interest rate, its the worst customer service I ever seen. I tried to take a car back because car pulled to the right side when driving, they didnt accepted, they guy sold the car said new car doesnt have problem, i said its not safe I about to have accident, they didnt accept it. I want to take the car back, I just drove it to home.they dont accept it.

I had a terrible experience in my dealings with this company. Aside from it taking hours for them to make me a reasonable offer in my price range, they proved to be dishonest after the car purchase. I had made a $5000 payment on a car that they initially said would arrive in 8 days. That amount of time had almost passed when the salesperson called me and said that car wasn't coming, but I could get a similar car in another 14 days. I decided I didn't want to do that and requested a refund of my earlier payment. He said he would give me the refund. I've made multiple calls to their office, but no one has called me back, and I still haven't received the refund nearly 4 weeks later. This is not a trustworthy company.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from this location every time is a great experience from sales, Financr and service. If your looking to be treated like a VIP and get a good deal on a reliable vehicle this is a great place to come. Keep doing what your doing we will be back for our next purchase.

Horrible people and major liars. Took money for a deposit and sold the car to someone else while telling me it was still in transit. After two months the manager ******* yelled at me when I asked for an update and asked me what I wanted from them. Told me he would contact me back and then blew me off for multiple days. When someone finally picked up they said the issued a credit to my account. Do t buy with them and ******* is the worst sales man there. Stay away!!!

Worst place they took advantage of me being a first time car buyer! I was convinced I was paying ***** ended up being 72k+ didnt even get me the car I wanted with the safe in the center and went with there own finance company at a 6.7 interest rate with 15k down and the sales manger wouldnt help me at all when I asked for answers just did the bare minimum by blacking out emblems and adding light didnt even give any help past that worst experience ever very unprofessional I would leave 0 stars if possible.!
