I bought patio furniture from this seller via ******, I received three boxes when I opened them they had sent 2 boxes with red color cushions as I ordered but the third box had navy blue cushions different color than I ordered. Now this seller has refused to pay the return airbill, I placed a claim thru ****** but the seller wont pay ************* claims is being past 30 days they wont accept return even though I was guaranteed by ****** that because there was a claim I didnt need to worry about the return time frame. Now Im stuck with a furniture that I cant use with 2 different colors. I bought this furniture in good faith ****** says that they are not responsible cause it was 3rd party seller, the seller refuses to pay for return aurbill which is about $100 , why should I have to pay it if its not my fault that they sent wrong item.Initial Complaint

Purchased 6/11/24 Delivered 6/15/24 Requested a return 7/9/24 I am still in the 30 day return time slot when I requested a refund. They did not want me to return items they wanted me to explain why and they would help me. I told them it is a quality issue. The chairs I purchased were stripped out. The mesh of the chair is saggy. I paid 248$ for these chairs. They finally told me I can return but I need to pay the costs. I am not going to pay for shipping costs of a product that isnt usable. Their reviews on Amazon show the exact same issues I am having.
