      I purchased items on 8/29 with shipping warranty. The busjness informed me i had tk wait 21 days to pass to file a claim. I filed a claim and they refuse tk **** a refund only replacement but i requested a refund and j purchased shipping warranty. . My package never atrived

      I placed an order the package arrived empty. Milano requires you to have insurance on packages. The carrier admitted to there being an issue with the package and they paid the claim. Since then Ive tried to get my refund. First I had to file a police report the person took the ** number, the second time they wanted the full report. Then they wanted to verify it was a real police report. I called the number they called me from several times left messages no response. Sent emails for 24 hours no response. So Im out $195.05 and no clothing. Even after the carrier paid for the missing package.

      I recently purchased a pink skirt for $128 through the app. After completing the payment, the skirt reappeared at a lower price. I clicked on it to see the total cost with the discount, but it automatically charged my card for a second skirt. There was no confirmation before the purchase was processed, nor did it go to my cart for review. Although the policy states no refunds, it was unclear that this would happen. The site seems designed to cause this mistake, yet it doesn't accept refunds. Is there any way to get a refund for the second purchase? The setup of the site caused significant confusion. Also I only received one email for the first skirt I bought, second that was added didnt send an email.I actually purchased the app last night at 2:22 am.

      Milano wont send fed ex the waiver for me to collect funds from fed ex I contacted them at least 10 times via email and they dont want to send fed ex the paperwork. The only reason I need the waiver is because Milano purchased the shipping sticker . Fed ex is ready to pay out but cant until they receive this waiver form

      I ordered the pink raunched Milano two piece I have the top I sent the pants back because I ordered a medium that was huge like a size L so I sent them back in the timely manner as the gave on the website which is actually two one says 7 days to return the other days 14 days I returned them on the 6th day the received them on Wednesday may 8th I emailed them because I didnt receive a return shipping label which is insane and my bday is in 6 days and I still dont have the bottom of my outfit (pink small raunched pants)!!! It only took two days to get it here why is it taking a week to get an exchange I also filled out the paper for the exchange now Im emailing and cant get a response this is a black owned company and its crazy how the services arent up to part why cant we call and check why do we have to email and wait and wait on an email to be sent back this is insane !!!

      I was charged insurance for a package and it was left somewhere and I have not received it. I contacted them about a resolution and I was met with an automated message via email and their website. I only wanted my order to be processed as a replacement but I am nearing the 7 day **** and I fear the company is dragging the time out in order for action not to be taken. I was told that I would have to file a police report for my missing package and I am a sovereign citizen.

      I purchased slides from this company and upon getting them they were defective and damaged there was chunks of rubber missing looking like someone wore them and they sent out someones return to me i immediately emailed the company to tell them via email and they didnt respond right away it took like 3 days or so when they did respond they told me I would have to send in pictures of the item and I did I have not got a response from the company after showing the pictures to them the companies return policy is 7 days. So the company is dragging the days out so they do not have to be responsible to accommodate there customers im asking for a size bigger which is size 10 and Im asking a new pair because of the size and damages the company never told me to send them back right away they told me to send pictures and they have not responded Im disgusted at the quality of there product as well its cheap and has an odor Im asking a resolution asap

      I am rejecting this response because the company sent a complimentary return label not specifically saying if the customer had to pay for the return and the company has not respond to emails in a timely manner I asked for an exchange for a bigger size in the slides as well and they ignored that request they sent a return label after the bbb complaint was submitted.

      On January 6, **** I placed an order for a women's size medium white Milano Di Rouge t-shirt. Two days later I received an email that says my order was shipped. Today January 19, **** I have yet to receive my package. I spoke to a supervisor at **** who stated that they're able to access more detailed information that the seller created a shipping label but has yet to actually ship my item. It's stating partially shipped. She stated that the other post offices are awaiting the item for the shipping label that was created but have not in fact received the item. The website indicates no refunds however I ordered this in plenty of time to arrive before the birthday of the person I purchased it for whichis January 24th. Due to the discrepancy I won't receive the package before January 24, ****. I would like my item to arrive BEFORE that date or a FULL REFUND if it's NOT guaranteed to arrive on January 23, ****

      On 11-27-2023 I placed an order with Malino Di Rouge for three summer luxe sweatshirts. I never received any emails with tracking information. When I go into my account to check it says that it was delivered to a complete different address than the address I have in my account. I see the address under my order I do not know whose address is that I never posted that address. When I made my order was when they had a sale and their system kept freezing and kicking me off to have to restart the order. Ive emailed them several of times. I tried making a claim with the shipping carrier but the shipping carrier closed the claim because Milano were unresponsive to their messages. This business has no phone you can only reach them through email and social media. They sent me one email weeks later stating I needed a police report and had to wait 21 business days so its been more than 21 business days I made the police report and still nothing Ive contacted them over 20 times and I havent received a response from them. At this point I just want a refund the items I ordered were suppose to be Christmas gifts and Christmas has came and left and still no response we are now in January and I have yet to hear from them. When I sent them a message on social media they asked for my order number and once I sent it to them they left me on seen and never responded again. I am highly disappointed and I just want my money back they are very unprofessional and do not value their customers. I sent them the police report and have messaged them over 20 times

      I placed order #****** on November 21,2023 in the amount of $102.10. The dress arrived November 28,2023. I returned the dress because the size Large is too tight, requested an exchange in size Extra Large. The item with the price tag attached and documents were emailed to Milano Di Rouge along with Tracking# **** **** **** **** **** 94. The item was delivered on December 4,2023. I have not received a reply or notification as to whether the replacement/ exchange has been shipped.Customer service needs to improve,great products but poor customer service.I have a couple of items from this company that are nice and would like for them to send the Black ***** dress size Extra Large.
