***************** I purchased 7 bags of coffee for $139.00 from Healthy Place Botanical. I put the coffee in my store to resale. In ******* a customer in my store was about to purchase it then pointed out it was expired *********. I didn't know it had expired. I immediately called Healthy Place botanical but no one ever answered any of the lines no matter what extension I pushed. And there is no voice mail. I contacted Ms. Katrina she is a member of this *** company.So I explained to her my concern. She expressed that she also purchased during the big sale and had the same expired batch of coffee but more than I had. She promised she would get back to me with a contact number. After a week she didn't call me back. I called her, left a voice messages & no return call. I reached out to another person by the name of ************** who is the person that introduced me to the company. She shared that she had purchased during November and bought coffee that only had a month shelf life when the coffee date is ******************** on the bag. She stated she had been calling & emailing but no response. ***** gave me the email that she had been using so I reached out. The response: We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that this may have caused you. Your order **** was placed and shipped well before the expiration date on the product per our records as well as the information your provided to us in your previous email. Therefore your product had not surpassed that date. The Closeout Sale gave you a 50% discount off each bag of the ************************ ******* based on your decision to order 7 bags. While we are outside of the return/exchange window, what we can do is offer you a goodwill discount of 20% off your next purchase. Please use ******************************** at checkout. This coupon will be good through ********* for a one-time use. They sold 2 year old coffee that only had a 2 month life span. ********************. It's no good.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/04/29) */ ************************************************************************************************* The customer purchased some products that expired several months months after the purchase was made. I spoke to the customer and we offered to refund the purchase price of $139 or allow her to choose $200 of any of our products that she chooses. The customer agreed to do the latter. This matter has been resolved.
