      Everyday for the past 2 weeks I have been getting flyers in my mailbox, flyers taped to by front door, and business cards taped to my mailbox. Today I received a post card with a side view of my house with an arrow saying before and flip over, on the other side is a before and after picture of someone else house. This pic had to have been taken a year ago which means they have stalked my property (also my neighbors because they have rcvd post cards also with pics of their house) currently my crepe myrtle is cut back on the post card it is in full bloom, also a butterfly bush at the rear of my property has been cut back this year and didn't bloom at all last year, which lets me know this picture has been taken and used for quite some time. This harassment needs to stop asap. It's frustrating, I have called and asked them to stop then I'm bombarded with twice as much advertisement. Please ask them to Cease & Desist. Thank You.

      I am rejecting this response because: still getting advertising even after a conversation with them around the 20th I got a flyer on the 25th, and again on the 30th, so its dropped from everyday to every 5 days. Sincerely,

      Hey,

      I did take you off of all of our internal direct mail lists, but we also use a service from the post office that hits every house in a zip code. If I could stop them from putting them in your mailbox, I would. I am sorry.

      We originally signed up for a month to month lawn service from Liquid Lawn with no contract or obligation. During a service call a representative approached my wife and said they also offer a pest control service with ******* **** their sister company and since we were lawn customers we would receive a free pest control service call. When they came back for the pest control service they again approached my wife and said she had to sign their device to acknowledge we received our one time free service call. After that we continued their services until we called on **** to cancel their services due to unhappiness with missed calls and service issues. When we called we were informed that there was a contract termination fee of $100 for a supposed contract and we needed to discuss the matter with Mike. When Mike called back we explained the situation and he said he would take care of it and that we were "good to go" the next day we were charged an additional $100. When we called on **** they said that they can't do anything about it and we are out of luck. This company should be closed for fraud and deception. We cannot be the only people they have pulled this con on. There are numerous ****** complaints so many that they can no longer receive reviews. Please do something about this!!!!!

      Contacted liquid lawn late ***. 2022 and informed Chris that I was retiring and would not be able to continue services and he said that would be fine and I thought that was it. Fast Forward to ***. 2021 and I got an email saying they would not be able to spray on *-**-2022, due to showers. I immediately called Will on *-**-2022 and he said it was a mistake and he would cancel the appointment. *-**-2022. Liquid lawn shows up and applied chemicals and bills me $103. I called will and he Immediately deducted $103 from from my Discover card. *-**-2022. Liquid Lawn bills my discover card again $103. I call Will and he said it will take a few days to get a refund. Never shows up and I call back and ask for Chris and he said no problem, it would take a few days, but it would happen in a few days. */**-2022. Still no refund!!! I just want what they told me they would and I feel like a refund is not unreasonable. Thanks for your help Documents to follow if needed
