Business is advertising through groupon for a brazilian wax service for $13.12. On groupon in the fine print it states you must make an appointment with the merchant directly in order to redeem. With the business being closed at the time i wanted to book the appointment, i opted to book on their website directly under brazilian groupon. Price on their website that was being advertised for that service was $10. In order to book an appointment with them you must pay on their website. So, i paid with them thinking that because it was listed under brazilian groupon i would pay the $3 difference upon receiving my service. Now, when i enter the establishment i let her Lubna (the service provider) know that i booked online for a brazilian. She asks for groupon? Having booked under that exact name on their website, i say yes. Before my service she verifies my appointment. Where i booked for a $10 brazilian online. She completes my service and its time to pay. However, problems ensue when she tells me i only booked for the back area only meaning the buttocks area. I tell her i booked for a brazilian service (which includes everything, front and back pubic areasnot just the back. She tells me that it is not for the full brazilian just for the back area. I then ask about the deal being advertised on groupon. She tells me the same thing. It is only for the front and you have to actually pay $23 for the full brazilian. I let her know that she is not advertising for just the back or front but for a brazilian. She tells me its my fault i did not call and made an appointment online instead despite her advertising otherwise. I then tell her if i only booked for the back on the website she should have told me it would be an additionally price before completing the service she said i got and charging me additionally $21. She also said i needed to pay the full price for the brazilian since i did not go through groupon and went through them. So i paid $13.50 + $21Business response

Although Ms. ********* claims she made an appointment and purchased a Groupon while our store was closed, our records tell a different story. According to our records, Ms. ********* bought the Groupon on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023, and requested a refund on the same day. Additionally, when she booked her appointment, Ms. ********* chose an add-on service that covers the **** area, which is not included in our Groupon for a Brazilian wax using Organic Honey wax, which only covers the front area. We understand that customers may have different preferences, and that's why we offer other wax options and additional services, but these come at an additional cost.
When Ms. ********* arrived at our store, she informed ************** that she had already purchased a Groupon and opted for a Nufree Wax. However, she was unable to produce the Groupon since she had already refunded it. ************** charged one-third of the price to make the customer happy, but apparently, it was not enough. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience, but we cannot provide services at a loss. We hope that Ms. ********* can understand our position and that we can work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
