      I have been waiting on a warranty refund for over a year. I have emailed and tried to reach out for months no response. It was no issue to take my money, but now its owed to me everyone stop responding, this is bad for business I will Never purchase another vehicle from Nalley Infinity

      I have had the WORST experience with this dealership. My husband and I got a car 4 months ago and all of the problems weve been having have been ignored from the day we purchased it EVERYTIME. What I dont understand is why a sales associate was trying to fix our issue and not a manager. We even were told that she was a manager ????. And when I was trying to voice how I was feeling, she kept trying to tell me to lower my tone or I would get put OUT. I am pregnant and am truly at the place of frustration because no one should buy a car an immediately be having all of these issues. I was not yelling or being disrespectful towards the associate. One thing about it if yall did right by people the first time this wouldnt be an issue. DO BETTER ?????? All I can say with all honesty is DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ????

      THERE IS MORE TO THIS LETTER, THIS IS JUST THE *** I CAN INPUT.I must say I have received the worst possible experience ever, buying a car at Nalley Infiniti Marietta. For the record, Id have preferred to come in, purchase a car and never have to come in and complain. However, in my case I was sorely mislead into purchasing an unsafe car that is a ticking time bomb full of issues. My wife and I purchased a ********** Atlas on April 4th of 2022. This is 4 months to the date of purchase. There is a timeline of issues, beginning with concerns that were expressed before the purchase was made and then blown off or either I was lied to about. Before purchasing the car, my wife and I took it on a test drive and as soon as we left the parking lot, the oil light and the engine light came on. Along with that, the left driver window would go down very slowly and the brakes were slightly grinding. We returned, severely concern about this as it would have been a major red flag and we would not have purchased this vehicle AT ALL. We came back to the dealership and advised ***************** (our salesperson) and he swore that nothing was wrong and he told us that the engine and oil light were on simply because all the fluids and everything had just been adjusted and that there was no issue. He told us hed have the service department get the get the sensors turned off! That was the worst thing that he could have possibly done. Two days later, we went on a trip to Virginia and as we were pulling out to leave the oil light came on again and we ignored it because of the assurance we were given by ***. By the time we were to return from Virginia, we began smelling a burnt oil smell. I pulled out the dipstick to check the oil level and there was literally a centimeter of oil on the stick. EVERY OZ of oil had drained from my car!!! My family (my pregnant wife, one year old son and I) had been riding in this car at the word of the dealership.

      My husband and I have been customers of Nalley Infiniti of Marietta since 2006 and have purchased and leased a total of 4 vehicles over the years. I was not prepared for the treatment I received from an interaction with the sales representative on 1/27/2022 and the shady follow up from others to cover up her mishandling. Now that I was coerced into buying the leased car, I will be able to purchase another vehicle and never have to deal with that Infiniti location again.

      Today, my husband and I went to Nalley Infiniti Marietta to purchase a vehicle. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience in my life. We were dealing with ********************* and expressed strong interest in a car, telling her we would be willing to buy it immediately in cash. Every step of the way, she rebutted us, claiming that they don't do deposits. She knew there was another buyer coming in 15 minutes while we were seated in her office, it turned out. She never informed us after I had asked her what I needed to do to get it off the market, and she suggested I create a credit application on an app... she claims she's been doing this for eight years. What in the world is the point of a credit app for a car that you're paying cash for? If that tells you anything, she never bothered to email me the information I needed to even apply and lock it in, and I phoned her to no success after we had left. To be honest, I've never encountered a vehicle dealer who turned down a cash-in-hand customer. After she actively did not answer my calls, I was in the process of purchasing the automobile online and was about to complete the transaction when my husband decided against it because he wanted to make sure the salesperson received credit. That was the biggest blunder we made. We ended up returning to the dealership a few hours later to make the purchase and inquire if she wouldve been given credit if we purchased online. That's when she acknowledged to not providing me the information or returning my calls because someone else, who came in 15 minutes after we left, had bought the car. It amazes me that she didn't inform her management that the person who was on their way to save his trip because the car already had a buyer. ********************* has no sense of urgency and is incapable of advocating for herself or her clients. If you really want to buy a car, don't do business with this individual.
