I submitted an application for a service dog about two weeks ago , and I never received any response from the businessBusiness response

Paws For Life USA trains service animals for those with disabilities. We also train therapy animals. When we have an application made through our web site we have a process of due diligence to do since Service Animals fall under the *** and are Federal. We need to gather information to make sure that indeed the applicant qualifies for a service animal. We received an initial request from ***** on February 6, 2024 asking about being a puppy raiser. We responded on the same day by email stating that based on her puppy raiser information she was not looking to be a puppy raiser but in need of a service animal and advised of the forms that were needed to be completed.
Feb 9th 2024 we received the service dog application, February 14, we received Part C the video and one letter of recommendation on Feb 16th, 2024 and the second letter of recommendation on February 16th 2024. We then had the weekend and President *** and duly responded to ***** on the 22nd February ************************** need of Part B of the application and that form is required to be completed by her doctor. We also advised and see copy of the email attached that as soon as we are in receipt of this part of the application that we would be able to proceed. For us at that time it would be a review of the paper work and seeing if indeed Emaji falls within the *** quidelines for a service animal.
We are still waiting on Part B and over the years know that getting the medical doctors application takes time. We can only proceed once we have the necessary information. So today would be 7 days from our last communication. We have people that drop out of the application process and we never hear back from them or we may but years later. All our applications are stored securely and indeed loaded into a secure CRM system with access only by certain key members of the non-profit board.
Once the Part B has been received into our office we are more than happy to proceed as we would in all cases and review the whole file and set up a phone, zoom or in person meeting at our training center to answer any and all questions with *****.
