I want to report that this company tries to rob people. The owner came over my house and did not give you an upfront quote/price. I had this company to come to my house on *** *** **23 to check my air conditioning unit. The owner checked my AC unit but he never gave me a quote (my ac unit is still under warranty which the owner was very much aware of the coverage because he installed the unit)) after he diagnosed my AC unit and determined what my problem was then repaired my ac unit it without giving me a quote nor-my consent to repair. The owner, ****** Williams, Sr. came inside my house wrote up the bill for a charge of $898.80. I told the owner I do not owe you that much because my ac unit is still under warranty why didn’t you wait and order the part before repairing my ac unit. The owner told me I can order the part and get reimbursed which was not true. Which they knew because they installed the unit) Well he never gave me a quote he serviced my unit without checking with my warranty company. I called my warranty company and they said I cannot order/file any claim for anything the technician has to do that but she informed me that…well he knew that. I was responsible to pay labor, service charges, and taxes so I paid $353.80, which pays the labor, service charges and taxes in full. I spoke with ****** ***** on ****/23 from ***** **** regarding my ************ AC unit and she told me to have ****** Williams Sr. to give them a call. On ****23, I spoke with ****** to see if ****** Williams Sr. had filed a claim or ordered the compactor ac part. ****** said he did call but, as of this date, he never filed a claim. She also said he has 90 days to order the part. This company gave me a bill for parts that are up under warranty. Please do not use this company because his poor business practices causes customers to unnecessarily pay for repairs that are covered under warranty.Business response

Please be advised that my company prides itself on Quality, Integrity and Professionalism. As the Customer stated we installed her unit at a Quality price and aslo provided (3)years free annual services as part of deal to maintain Manufacturer's warranty requirements but afterward the customer didn't continue Manufacture service warranty requirements to remain current for the next (4)years until problems occurred in which required vigorously diagnostic procedures and time to pinpoint and repair unit to specs.
