I bought an item online from this company (clayflame), when I received the product, it looked like anything but the product I ordered and the quality of it was really bad, cheap plastic. they mentioned free shipping, so when I reached out to them for returning instruction, they gave me an address in china and said I am responsible to pay for the shipping since their warehouse is under construction, however it was supposed to be free (please check the screenshot from the website I attached). I emailed them back and forth several times and every time, a new person responded with the same statement. the company is in the US and I am not going to pay for the shipping for a product that they charged me for $55 however it would not worth more than $5 based on the quality. it is not the product they put up the picture on their website as product representative. I need your help to resolve the issue, I need a return label to send the product to them and get full refund, they keep saying I can keep it for 20% refund but it would not worth it at all. I attached what they advertised and what I get, along with return address on the original package, I kept asking for a return label but they are not going to send me that with the US address. I am enclosing all the conversations we had back and forth via email below. Please advise if you need anything else from me. I very much appreciate your help in advance.Initial Complaint

On ******* ******** **** 2022 I purchased a 'Clayflame™ ***** ***** ******* ****** ***** ***** ****** from clayflame.com (****************) to be sent to my sister's home at ** ******** **** *** ********** ** ***** (Order ***** tracking number US*********1). The package was never delivered. When I click the tracking link provided by clayflame (*************************1), I am sent to a page stating 'Undelivered: Due to unknown reasons, your parcel delivery is abnormal.' (see supporting documents for screenshot of error). I have googled the business and found similar complaints from others. I have emailed the business, but they have yet to respond. There is no phone number on their website. I suspect this business of being a fraud and would like them to either deliver this item to my sister's home or give me my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on *** 4 which was supposed to be delivery before Christmas. This is a Christmas ***oration that was supposed to be 18” diameter and when I received the item today it is about 10” in diameter and looks nothing like the item I payed $60 for and was represented as something completely different on their website. I ordered 4 piece Christmas decorations from them on Nov *** I received 1 of the 4 pieces on Dec **, as of today the other 3 are still missing. I filed a complaint and had 9 email conversations and they will only give me 30% refund, even though their site claims Satisfaction guarantee or your money back. I am missing 75% of my order so I should at least be offered 75% refund. Christmas is in 5 days and I am still waiting for the missing items. I would now like 100% of my money back, and will gladly ship them back the 1 item I received if they send me a return label, which their site also says if received the wrong item they will not charge for return shipment. I paid $206.99 total, I would like $206.99 backInitial Complaint

I ordered merchandise as a Christmas present on *******. I paid approximately $50 plus standard shipping to WA state. It’s now ***** and the products haven’t even shipped. The tracking number links to a website that looks like a scam. I’ve emailed the business but do not expect a reply at this point. I ordered a pair of sneakers on August **,2022 thru Vivfunny online. It was order #******** for $28.18. They kept telling me that they would come but would be a lot more time than I expected. They were coming from Ireland. Finally, on *******, they said they failed at customs and would have to refund me. I emailed them many times thru ******************** asking where my refund was. They said they had registered me for a refund on ******* but they never sent my money back.
