I will never take my dog back there. I got all his shots a couple of months ago because their prices are cheap. Well now I know why. I took him back there for a check on something and he was rude as he'll. He actually put us out because of his demeanor towards my dog. No interaction with my dog at all. My dog snapped his head around when he tried to look in his ears. We'll he did it again. Not trying to bite him just afraid. Then this man said just get out get out. He talks down to you instead of listening. My dog has skin allergies as do alot of white dogs of this breed. He insisted it was flees. My dog may have 2 fleas on him. We'll looking for a vet that cares about what they do. Maybe farm animals

I took my puppy for his first check up to Possum Trot Vet Clinic and saw Dr. Ernest M****. The receptionist and nurse were very nice. He was rude, mean and nasty. He did not introduce himself or say hello or thank you and barley looked at you. He never smiled and did not engage with the puppy. He spoke loud in an aggressive manner as to be talking down to you. I provided papers from the dog breeder from out of State that had all the current shots and needed to be signed after the exam. The staff had already read the form and understood and then gave it to him. He then came out into the lobby where I was and said loud and abruptly asking "who had filled out the paper work". I explained the breeder and the breeder's Vet had filled out their part on the form. This clearly states this. He abruptly said he was not going to sign it and roughly gave the form back. The nurse came and tried to explain the form to him again. The man was heard saying out loud that he was not going to sign the form because it was falsified. Then the nurse asked me to come back with the puppy. He did not understand the form which was very simple as it had to be explained to him several times. I advised him to call the breeder and the former vet as their information were on the form. He did not say nothing. He examined my puppy not saying a word to anyone while abruptly handling my puppy. He signed the form. His behavior was unforgivable and he owes an apology. More rude things happened but too much to list. The staff were very polite and sorry. He was loud and was intimidating to everyone. He appears not to comprehend well. He was very rude to everyone. As checked by the GA State Board he was found not to be current on his licensing and has several past complaints. This man should not be working with the public. He has the worst attitude and should be checked out by the state. Something is wrong with him mentally. No one should ever have to experience this.
