Me and my boyfriend ******* ****** purchased 6 custom T-shirts on 06/14/2024 for 166.92 and paid up front. The owner said the pickup date was 06/19/2024. We came to pick up the shirts and the owner said he wasn't ready yet and to come back in three days. When we came back in at 3 o clock EST on 06/24/2024 three days later the owner said the shirts were still not ready and to come back at 5 o clock that same day. Before we left our house to go pick them up I called the business to make sure the shirts were ready this time. The owner said yes they will be ready. When we got there the owner said the shirts were still not ready because he spelled "pressure" in "pressure washing" with one s. Once again the owner told us to come back the next day. The next day I come in to pick them up for the fifth time and he gave me 6 t-shirts. However, every single one of them looked different and one of the shirts had a yellow stain on it. At this point I requested a full refund of 166.92 and he offered to fix them instead and yet at the same time said he didn't see a problem with the shirts even though I clearly pointed out each mistake. I didn't want them to be fixed all I wanted was a refund and I would rather go somewhere else. The owner denied me a refund an lied and told me he wasn't the owner when I asked to speak with the owner and then proceed to give me a fake phone number to get in contact with "the owner." I finally convinced him to give me a refund for the shirts and he said he will have the refund ready on Friday 06/28/2024. The owner also told me I could take the best shirt out of the six (even though all of them were terrible we needed something for our business) for free. Come Friday he gave me a refund for 122 instead of 166 when asked why he said he charged me for the one shirt we took when he told us we could have it for free. One shirt well over 40 dollars and he said he charged so much because he also charged us for the AC we used when we came in so many times.Business response

Good day BBB.
On June 14, 2024 Mr ******* ordered 6 T-shirts to be printed front and back with 2 color print for a total of $166.92. When he came pick up the shirts, he noticed some little details which weren't that important. I told him that they are not that important so I'll fix them. He decided to get a refund. I gave that day $126.92 because he decided to keep one t-shirt because like he told me, he had a job to do the next day, so he wanted to be professional. I charged him $40 for that t-shirt. What I said if the shirts were so bad why he decided to keep one of them to be professional.
